Four Simple Refill Steps
- Open Housing: Remove the existing cartridge and carefully open its reusable housing.
- Replace Bag: Remove the old bag and install your selected 200ml ink or cleaning solution bag.
- Install New Chip: Replace the old chip with the matching programmed chip included in the refill.
- Reinstall: Close the cartridge, reinstall it and confirm recognition or follow the approved cleaning procedure.

Compatibility & Important Information
These replacement bag kits are intended for supported Ricoh Ri1000, Ri1000X and Ri2000 printer configurations using compatible reusable cartridge housings and matching programmed chips.
Certain Ricoma Vision and ColDesi G4 Ricoh-based DTG platforms may also be supported when the exact cartridge and chip configuration has been verified.
Before ordering: Confirm your printer model, firmware, reusable cartridge housing and selected supply. Ri1000X printers do not require W2. Cleaning solution must only be used for approved maintenance procedures. If your printer uses an unrelated third-party ink formulation, consult DTGPRO before changing supplies.
Handle ink and cleaning solution bags carefully. Keep the fluid connections and electronic chip contacts clean, and follow the corresponding installation and printer maintenance instructions.
Print results depend on printer condition, fabric, artwork, pretreatment, curing, environmental conditions and routine maintenance.
