Why It Matters

  • Reliable adhesion: Formulated to bond printed film to fabric reliably for better wash durability.

  • Smoother peel paths: Optimized for crisp release from PET film to garment under typical curing conditions.
  • Large quantity: 1 kg bag supports high-volume jobs and reduces frequent re-stocking.
  • Validated with xTool ecosystem: Tested with xTool inks, films and Apparel Printer workflows for optimized performance.

Specifications

  • Weight: 1 kg (approx. 2.2 lb)
  • Particle Size: Optimized DTF adhesive powder (~40-60 ?m typical)
  • Packaging: Resealable bag for storage and moisture control
  • Application: Sheet-fed DTF prints → powder → shake/settle → cure in oven/heat station

How to Use

  1. Print your design onto DTF film using xTool inks and the Apparel Printer.
  2. Apply adhesive powder evenly across the printed film (e.g., with shaker or manual applicator).
  3. Shake off excess powder; ensure a uniform coating.
  4. Cure the film (via OS1 or heat station) according to recommended temperature/time.
  5. After curing, peel the film and press to the garment per fabric type.

For best results, calibrate curing temperature/time and press settings through trials for your fabric substrates.

WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV) as fumes may be hazardous. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment ( > 50% humidity, and temp range 70° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling)
