BAi VISION DUO™ is a dual-head embroidery platform for shops that are ready for serious production. Built on BAI's two-head VISION chassis and configured by DTGPRO, it lets you run two garments at once, mirror designs, or double your throughput on repeat jobs - all with the same 15-needle, large-field capability as Embroida PRO™.

- 3D hat specialist: optimized penetration and motion curve tuning for structured caps and 3D puff embroidery with recommended speeds up to around 950 spm.
- Industrial frame & welding: flat body, welded structure and reinforced rails for stability across both heads.
- Matched assembly: critical elements like rails, motor mounts and needle height are aligned so both heads track consistently.
- Institch i5 controller: manages both heads with pattern batching, curve correction and workflow tools.
