How To Use

1. Warm your upper heat platen slightly. The platen should be warm, not excessively hot. Be careful not to burn yourself.
2. Apply a small amount of Platinum Rescue Solution onto the included cotton rag.
3. Wipe the platen surface thoroughly to loosen residue, adhesive, ink contamination, glue, and buildup.
4. Use the included scraper carefully to remove softened residue from the platen surface.
5. Wipe the platen clean and repeat the process as needed until the surface is smooth and free of residue.
6. Finish by wiping the platen with a clean rag lightly dampened with water to remove any remaining Platinum Rescue Solution.
